Delivery and Shipping

Sydney Metro orders are usually delivered via our own driver network. Outside of Sydney Metro orders are usually delivered by TNT. Smaller orders may be delivered by Australia Post.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of your order, and your location. Some orders may not attract shipping charges. Where shipping charges are in addition to the order price, exact costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched next business day, depending on the size of the order and available stock. If stock is unavailable (usually in the case of custom orders) you will be advised of dispatch time accordingly.

Shipping times are estimated at between 2 – 3 business days for Sydney Metro and 5 -7 business days for regional areas, depending on your location.
